Have been going to Daniel Harris and team at Core for years and have always found them to be involved and genuinely interested in our small business and its future prosperity, always take a phone call and resolve any issues we have straight away. couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Great people, fantastic new office, they appear to have some solid skills, i cant complain on their accounting skills, my only complaint is just their interpersonal skills. My ONLY challenge was a not so great reply to an email about me asking for an itemised accounts, my total bill was approx $2,500 for three different invoices. They dont do this, quote as they "we wouldn't have time for the real work" pfffffffft ok.... I wanted to leave a 1 star results on this email saga alone as it has seriously effected me and how I go about my business, but i am realistic, good work was done apart from this single email saga, everything was pretty good, no challenges at all so I give 3 stars. However I have changed accountants as its not my accountants position to query ME , when I am querying their invoice, nor is it a position of a staffer on their team to be 'pi33ed off' at me when I had NO IDEA what she had or hadn't done as it wasn't itemised, hence the request for an itemised account. I couldn't say , hey thanks for doing all this for me, i agree with the invoice, lets pay it and rock n roll forward. BUT no, this offended the staffer "in a round about way" as she interpreted that i was stating she didn't do the work. think outside the box people. head shakes.quite disgraceful. #2018cultureisiamoffendedwin some, lose some.
