I have been on the red time many times and there staff are kind very protective of children on there buses they make shore they get puckef up and dropped off safley i love the redline

Rude staff, dismissive and too busy talking to each other to listen to what I was trying to say. Bus drivers are also rather rude and aggressive at times

I have used redline three times. Every time booked online and got ticket from the counter. Last time booked on a wrong time online but the lady issued another ticket immidiately after contacting the booking centre by phone. So far good service.
