Would give no stars if I could - actually the worst customer service in Launceston. Booked in to have my air conditioning re-gassed. At the time of booking I asked how long this process would take, was advised it was between 45 minutes - 90 minutes. No dramas, happy to wait that long. On dropping the vehicle off, was advised this would now take around three hours due to over booking. Definitely not ideal but at least I had an expectation of wait time. Requested that I get a call as soon as the job was completed as I was 38 weeks pregnant at the time and had a toddler in tow. After waiting the three hours, I headed back to the shop to be told that they were unable to complete the job because they needed a part for my car. They had worked this out within 30 minutes of looking at my vehicle - so why did I have to wait an additional 2.5 hours? Making a phone call is not difficult, particularly when I had made it clear on drop off that I wanted to be called.When i requested to speak to someone in charge they sent out a junior staff member who couldn't put a sentence together. All of this happening while the admin/reception lady was blatantly bagging out customers that called to make a booking. This all happened in December 2017 and I AM STILL WAITING TO BE CALLED ABOUT THE PART AND TO HAVE AN APOLOGY. What a joke. Have advised BMW and Mitsubishi to no longer recommend you to their customers. Advised by both dealers that this is a common theme in feedback.

My campervan had a 100amp blown fuse so no access to water, lighting, cooktop, heater or anything else! Fortunately the vehicle still worked. Mark was able to replace the fuse with a circuit breaker so I will not be stuck remote camping with this issue again. He also installed a Victron Bluetooth voltage/amp monitoring device. The whole job only took a little over 1 hour, and because I needed the van to continue travelling around Tasy, he fitted me in straight away. A high quality job, fair price, and prompt service. 5 stars....
