My first visit resulted in my heating/aircon circuit failing. It worked the next day. Assumed coincidence. One year later went through TCW and same result. Both Heater fuses blown, subsequent investigation revealed short circuit in the fan motor somewhere. I contacted TCW and will post a more favourable review in the event that they assume any responsibility.
Easy to access, everything was in good working order, plenty of options in the vending machine.i was pleasantly surprised to see condoms also in the vending machine. Place was clean, the attendant there was busy cleaning the dog wash area.
"how long you gonna be there mate, im here to make money, read the rules!" those were the words of the attendant when i was giving my car a quick wipe and not holding up anyone behind. Couldnt show me the rules when i asked him!
Generally always good, first time in over 10 years had a bad experience. Middle bay not all the services working, could not change bay as could not stop and get the money back. Only way to take it further was a message bank. Or you go in in business hours and hopefully catch someone. Feeling dissatisfied at present.
Would not recommend this car wash. My mum just went thru the $20 ultimate car wash and she may as well have done it herself. Looks like it hasnt been washed at all.
