I wish I could give zero stars:Going to this clinic with Janice March as the dentist is the worst experience you could have. I needed to have two fillings done and I was condescending spoken to the whole time. She was rude and downright arrogant and didnt even bother to put a proper filling in. (The side wall of the tooth collapsed and she then left it like that and left it in that state when she set it. Wasnt even a proper filling.I was then told that she wouldnt fill any other teeth until I had my wisdom teeth extracted. As if I would have them removed by such an uncaring, rude and obnoxious dentist. The follow up from her poor filling dentistry on those teeth (as they hadnt had the decay removed properly, proven by a specialist ) was an extraction on one tooth and root canal on the other(as the decay left by Janice was so significant that it killed my tooth) which had to be remedied by a proper professional dentist.Totally avoidable if shed bothered to do a proper job. But, with such an impatient and patronising attitude shows that she really doesnt care less.If you want to keep your teeth definitely dont go to this dentist-you will regret it in every way. Who pays a dentist to be a bully and then whos poor work destroys your teeth.. I will never visit Braeside again!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I shouldve changed clinics along time ago but thought it would be too much hassle. My last visit was the final straw. Dr Janice March is nothing short of rude and condescending, she does not possess the ability to talk kindly to patients and explain what work needs doing and why, instead when you turn up for your appointment she abruptly informs you what she will be doing regardless of what youve booked in with the receptionists. This has happened three times to me (booked in for a clean only before an international holiday, turned up she took X-rays only, she tried to wrap up the appointment and I had to explain that I was booked in for a clean only, to which Janice replied I only have 5 minutes but I guess I can fit it in..). I could go on about the other appointment also. To top it off, this afternoon, after another appointment where Janice did not listen, my dental nurse came out and complained about her last patient (me) to a receptionist while I was paying my account! I have have no qualms with the receptionists who are lovely, and I used to see another Dentist at Braeside who was fantastic but moved countries, now every time going to Braeside is such a hassle and an argument over what I have booked my appointment for. Very Disappointing, it never used to be like this.

Had been going here for years and was happy because they let me pay off my account each time, which I always did with speed. The last time I went to get a filling, they had me on the dental chair, they'd applied numbing stuff to my gums and at the last minute they asked "do you have money to pay for the entire procedure?" I replied that no I didn't and that I was always able to pay it off. They said they'd changed their policy and told me to leave and come back when I had all the money. They even charged me for the numbing stuff they'd put on my teeth.I was absolutely mortified, feeling so embarrassed walking out of there with numbed gums. As a place with a set of skills I am sure they suffice, but in terms of a dental practice with a sense of morality I am afraid they failed my expectations.
