Terrible service. Make sure you're aware of your rights with the ACCC before you visit - or shop elsewhere. Two phone calls and two subsequent visits in store over a faulty 3 month old Blue-ray player; the staff were each time unable to follow through with their promise of a replacement. It then took an over 45 minute wait and an unnecessarily heated conversation with the irreverent store manager, David to get a refund. Operating in a small city does not stop people shopping elsewhere or online if they're treated poorly.
Store representatives were very helpful and knowledge. Depending our needs they could suggest specific models and provide additional information like energy efficiency, functions and compared with other items. They could also offer competitive rates and do special discounts for bulk buying. Would recommend.
Good service, although the salesperson didn't agree with what we told them about the bonus on the item we were interested until we got them to look it up for themselves. I guess there are too many crooks out there. Anyhow, we were able to purchase what we went in for and pick it up from the depot straight away. They were $40 cheaper than anywhere else. So what can I say. Would have got five stars if not for the salesperson. Oh well.
Jenny was fantastic. Patient, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Buying a new dining room suite was made so much easier by the wonderful service Jenny provided.
