Just letting the public know, that I was told I could not get my iPhone battery replaced by a member at this store. The only alternatives I was given was to either keep the old battery (which only held charge for about 2-3 hrs),or pay $450 for a changeover iPhone. I was obviously unsatisfies with the evaluation. So I decided to take my iphone to the Devonport store. Glenn changed the battery over without issue. Which saved me a lot of money! I think it is important to let consumers know there are alternatives to what they are being told. Nothing is Gospel. Now my phone works perfectly again.
Wonderful customer service. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were willing to go the extra mile to help. Will be back!
Sent me home without a 39$ battery that was ruined apparently by a infected offical apple update. Shame on them all.
Once you go Mac there is no going back! a store that will hopefully never close because where the heck would we go. great wisdoms in all the staff and ive never had a issue they havent been able to fix.
