I could not speak more highly of this service, when my children lost their dad and left nothing for them to give him a funeral these kind respectful people went out of their way to help and gave their father the best respectful funeral. Two other love ones funeral has been arranged by Dunn's and again cannot thank them enough. It is horrible when thing do not go well, my heart goes out to families in that situation.
Dunns did not ask my family for money in advance. Account was sent six weeks after the funeral and the quoted price I was given was the price I was charged. Very happy with the excellent service. They went out of their way to be helpful to my family and I. Wonder why you were not happy with your service.
Helpful and very fair in everything they did. From my experience I would have no trouble recommending them.
Service was absolutely disgusting. They are a money hungry business. All fees were paid in full prior to services provided. Then there were all these extra cost for "additional services" the day before and the DAY OF the service held at this establishment, which were also paid. Now seeking more funds for under quoting. Poor service do not leave your loved ones with these people.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!- **would not recommend** Take advantage of you financially when your vulnerable and emotional.Gave my family an incorrect fee at the beginning then came up to us throughout my dads viewing requesting more money with the excuse of "I forgot to charge you the ad newspaper fee or service fee"Sent my family an additional $1900 invoice a month later then had a rude man call up advising that we were in the wrong and there's no way that they would request more money throughout the viewing basically calling my family and I liars.My family has never felt so disrespected with the lack of organisation & Compassion. We would not want anyone to go through what we did and currently still are.Just a warning if you consider using this company as you do want to make the worst day of your life more horrible from people who are meant to assist you.
