Amazing ER staff and doctor. Came in due to bleeding and afraid that I had a miscarriage. I was triaged on the spot and been seen by a nurse for blood and urine test in about 10 minutes. Dr came to do a simple scan soon after that. Thank god everthing is okay and I get out of ER in less than 1 hr. Thank you everyone.
Our family can not thank LGH enough over the years, we are so lucky to have a great system full of great caring staff and organisers, so glad to be in Tasmania
A & E were fantastic. The Doctors and nurses were very thorough and didn't just want to 'get rid' of you. A good hospital in Launceston
Caring staff. Lots of health services on offer: chemo, surgery, children's ward, emergency, intensive care, neonatal, etc. Big building with lots of wards. Cafeteria with plenty of seating. Renovated facade on Charles street. Multi-story car park is convenient as it is difficult to park anywhere else in the area.
The staff were amazing, was on ward 5a for a week and the nurses were so caring and wonderful! Even the admission staff and anacegiologist were beautiful people! Made the experience as enjoyable as it could be.
