Unbelievably poor monitoring. Accounting same. Cancelled "service" months ago after switching to NBN. Never contacted by them that the phone line was dead, therefore service inactive. Then letter claiming they'd tried to contact us about line being down. Wrong. Kept getting invoices to pay for next financial year. Glad our premises were never actually broken into, doubt we'd have been notified yet. Reply: In relation to not finding the service, it was in my wifes name, not mine. I assure that after paying for the "service" for many years, I am not mistaken about which company I'm reviewing.

Not impressed ,a simple single key cut request denied as there was only one staff member who was to busy ,come back in an hour ,not good service for the biggest locksmiths in lton !!!!!!
Staff not particularly interested in my needs. Bought same product cheaper elsewhere.
