Kent were highly professional, treated our homewares and furniture with care and the removalists were all friendly and helpful.
We have moved many times and to many places around the world and have learnt that however good office staff are, it's the people who pack and move your stuff who make (or break) the experience. Brad and Jacob are some of the best movers we have had; on time, fast, efficient and no complaints about the heavy stuff. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Nothing but good things to say about these guys!Our move was from Sydney to Hobart area- prompt responses, efficient loading/unloading, immediate availability of goods (within hours that morning!) when our new house was settled.I had a lot of heavy metal and sandstone stuff mixed in with antiques, flat screens etc and not one breakage in a fully packed-to-the-gills 20' container.Would not hesitate to use again....
From the very start Kent was amazing. There was a good chance that the delivery couldnt be done when I needed it to be done, but Natalie from the office, worked her magic and got it sorted for us. Kent was very attentive from the start, after having issues with another local company not getting back to us in their time frame stated, however Natalie and the people from Kent followed up on everything straight away. The men that collected my items were friendly, polite, and very respectful of my items, ensuring they were handling them gently. They were spot on time too ! Someone from Kent then rang me a few days before delivery to ensure we were still working on the same time frame and again come that Friday morning, they arrived on time with a smile on their face. I could not reccommend Kent more and it will be the first call I make if I am moving again. The service, cost and efficiency was outstanding !
