Really poor costumer service and unhelpful. Especially through stressful situations. Continuously kept hanging up on me when I tried to contact them.

the bed where very uncomfortable, the food tasted bad, it was cold - I was expecting a breakfast buffet but I didn't even get breakfast!! They don't have any wifi, at least that I couldn't get on. I asked them if they had a pool but they told me to get back to my cell!
