Its decent
On a holiday and had developed a irritating creak. Went in early morning and were happy to squeeze me in. Left with my bike running like new that afternoon.
I needed someone to receive and properly box up a used bike I bought in Launceston. Guys at Bike Central were really helpful and courteous every time I spoke to them. I'm not a returning customer so they could have treated me anyway they wanted but they went the distance, boxing it up carefully and printing and labelling the boxes for the courier to pick up. Not a huge thing but it's the little things that tell you if you're going to get good service in the big things, right? Thanks for the help guys - bike arrived unharmed in Sydney. Cheers.
Big shout out to the guys in bike centralThey lent me a test seat even when we worked out i wasnt going to be able to get it back to them before i left tassie.Had a pain free ride of hollybank and derby thanks to their help and generosity.
