Engaged the services of Clarke and Gee to do an Interlocutory Application, just before Court told Judge would never accept it, even though Judge told me to get a Solicitor to do it for me. Told to do something I did not want to do which had disastrous effects on my future. New Action Solicitor had 14 days to file an amended SOC and took 7 weeks, then allowed the other side an extension of time against my instructions, again this had a further disastrous effect on my matter. Then failed to advise me of a court hearing, apparently turned up unprepared. I was then not happy so he quit? All without giving the appropriate amount of notice. Clarke and Gee Cost me and ruined my life. Unprofessional.
Very disappointing.Settlement date of property changed then changed again without any consultation, incurring extra costs.Will not recommend and definitely will not use again.
