Terrible experience with conveyancing - forgot to send us time sensitive documents and called up a week later asking why they weren't returned. Then after emailing them to us for signing (which we did and sent back the same day), they didn't check the email account and called us again the following week asking if we signed them.. Have delayed settlement for weeks and cost us hundreds more in interest.
