I wanted to get Tasmanian licence but they put wrong address. Almost a month and still waiting. Never recieved a phone call. Had a hard time previously as well from the same place when i wanted to change my interstate car rego to Tasmania.
Not really good service. Just need to print a bank statement but could not find any printer so I need to come back another day.
Can you do zero stars!? This place drives me mad. I absolutely hate having to go in there. So does everyone else you speak too. A line to the door every time is not fun, and once you finally get served there is always a hassle. Maybe when you are inconvenienced through no fault of your own you could at least be given an apology. :(
Been there three times for various reasons, great service that made my day! Such good government service ! Keep it up TAS!
