Gluten free pizzas were cross contaminated on 2 occasions, making my son with Coeliacs (gluten intolerance) extremely unwell. When mentioned in store, I was told glutenfeww base doesn't mean you'll get a gluten free pizza, and they don't guarantee it, mmmmm,...!!
Made an order online to get my pizza and sides delivered and I've waited about 45min since the tracking said the pizza was ready in store. I didn't get any phone call or anything about my order being delayed or late. Pick up is fine from this store but I wouldn't count on them delivering on time.
Delivery takes forever, but they're great with pick-up times. 10/10 domino's pizzas though
The staff makes excellent pizzas. The company needs to get better take away boxes in launceston, the boxes leave their smell in the pizza. Rating 4 purely because the pizzas were delicious and generously but appropriately loaded.

I would come back in the future only if I was starving and had nothing else to eat at home.I went through the trouble of downloading, installing, setting up/signing up the domino's app - took me about 15 minutes from download to placing order.Firstly, order was placed at 825pm, our order was mixed up, the app indicated 843pm ready, txt came in at 845pm to say 853pm pickup, got there 850pm, was told to wait another 10 minutes due to a mix up in order (received complimentary side of Korean Barbecue Wings - it was horrid, do not have this, it tasted broiled than anything else). Very lukewarm chips (almost cold)... A total of 35 minutes for pickup... Seems like a waste of time to go through all the trouble to figure out the app, pickup, wait, wait, and then receive cold chips, the pizza wasn't good either.But without another late takeout option, this is what passes for late night takeout standards in Launceston cbd. Yes, it is a little sad.I would've taken a photo and posted it here, but that would've made this review truly excruciating.
