Four stars...Even though the food and service is good, the place was a little bit dirty. Maybe because too many people come and eat. We have our order fresh from the kitchen since they need to make a new batch for the fried chicken to fulfill our order..There are 2 toilets there, so don't worry about that business .. For me and my family, KFC become one of our solution for our tummy when we can't find another food..And we had a great dinner in KFC Launceston.Thanks
Good hot greasy chicken. Only four stars though because its just what you would expect out of kfc. Nothing above and beyond. Nothing bad either though. Just what you would expect. No nasty surprises! Couldnt fault it. Service was fast and easy and polite people

It's OK, the food had been lying on the warmers for a little while, wasn't fresh, younger managers that don't seem to enjoy their job, & seem to have a don't care attitude, this is a real turn off for me, customer service should be the first & foremost of running a business or franchise. A little disappointing KFC...
