Great prices, compared to other branded chains. Even better when they have sales on. The dispensary has excellent variety and good options for non-brand prescriptions substitutes. I sometimes find other branded outlets to have no stock of particular items but never had such issue with any Chemist Warehouse. They also have longer opening hours than most other pharmacies. Depending on locations, you can also get Flu vaccination, at very reasonable prices, that can be booked ahead or you can just walk in, if you dont mind a short wait. Most locations also offer medical certificate, which although appears a bit pricey compared to bulkbilling GP, most of the time works out to be about the same, even after medicare rebate. Refunds and exchange has never been any issues, even with larger purchases. Should always make sure you have the reciept handy for any exchange, refund or dispute, but at times they have also accepted credit card statement or transaction list. Staff are always helpful, polite and happy to check stock in their store or calling others to enquire on your behalf, or placing reservation or special orders. Never had to bother with their "price guarantee" promise, but poeple have reported painless price-match transactions when they did find a better price elsewhere.
Absolutely appalling level of service due to insufficient level of staffing. Arrived at 1730hr to fill 1 script and walked out of store at 1810hr precisely. 40 minutes for 1 script is not satisfactory Chemist Warehouse...up your game
Very well stocked and laid out store. Down town convenience. Plenty of nearby parking. Friendly staff.
