Prescriptions usually take a long time but the staff are lovely and there is so much crammed into this little store. Good amount of stock and great prices.
While the staff are friendly they need further training on Australian Consumer Law. I received a product not fit for my needs based on advice given from a pharmacy assistant and was refused a refund. Such frustration and disappointment over $12.
Not impressed, waited 35 mins for script have go back, please employ Aussies not those ignorant new Aussies don't give stuff
This Chemist Warehouse is by far the most convenient I have been to and in terms if chemists in general, it trumps others with a huge product range which is clearly organised so that your wish list can be easily located. The geographic location I'd the chemist itself is also another big convenience, with wheelchair access at both entrances. This chemist offers prescriptions at low cost, are able to substitute brands to your like and the vitamins etc are easy to find, especially with many helpful, energetic polite staff and ample pharmacists on hand to fill scripts and answer ant questions. The aisles are wide and certainly not overcrowded. They also administer flu vaccinations. Of all the chemists I've attended, Racecourse Chemist Warehouse is certainly the most efficient and approachable.
