Absolute Cowboys. Totally ripped me off. Had my car towed there under warranty, after looking at it quoted me $2500 for repairs which another mechanic told me he could fix it for $500 bucks. Then when I arranged to get the car towed from the dealership they call me and say they wont release the car unless I pay $300 for their time ?? Apparently they spent 4 hours trying to diagnose a problem which took me 10 Mins on google to find out what was wrong with it. So hold the car as ransom unless I pay the $300 over the phone the tow truck wont be able to collect. Added to which the car was under warranty with Motors. So not only did the warranty cover absolutely nothing, they then tried to rip me off with a ridiculous $2500 quote and when I decided to get it fixed elsewhere still wanted to get a pound of flesh grabbing for $300. Absolutely disgusting behaviour Motors shame on you and your business. I hate to think the amount of poor unsuspecting people that get ripped off on a daily basis.

Went into motors for some advice as I was looking at a second hand car. Fell in love with a brand new car that suited me and my family to a t.. picked it up the next day and havent been happier!
