Picked up my 2015 used luxury vehicle today with some unacceptable failures on Neil Buckby's part. The finance contract specified a full tank of fuel, I only received half a tank and some excuses. In addition: Both keys to the vehicle have dead batteries, clearly indicated on the dashboard warning system and NB would have noticed prior to handover; and the tyre compression light activated within ten kms. Rang NB to advise them and they were very unhelpful. Not impressed.
