Dropped in on a weekend afternooon. There was one waitress on which looked like enough staff, but clearly want... Drinks took a about 30min to come. Then it took a bit of work to get the order right, there was 7 of is. So service was not amazing.The food was hot and the meals were really large. So no worries about going hungry. The double burger is very big. Could use more flavour in the meat.For location to the gardens it's perfect. Just a short stroll.

Food was fresh and flavorful. I requested a deconstructed burger and the Chef laid it out on the plate very well. I was very impressed. Most deconstructed burgers I order come in a bowl which is easier. The ones on a plate are always presented half heartedly. Cafe is clean, spacious and bright with plenty of seating. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.Will definitely return for another meal before we leave Lauceston in 2 days.
