I am pretty confident many of those 5-star reviews are completely fake. Just look at the syntax!
After buying a property in Launceston, I reached out to Bushby to manage the rental side of things after speaking to Richard Bailey a few times for advice during purchase (even though I didn't buy through Bushby, he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful). I have been working with Kylee and Kirsten in the property management team since and could not be happier. They are wonderful to work with, quick to respond and go above and beyond to help run my property as if it was their own investment. I can't recommend them both, and Bushby, highly enough!! I rent through these guys, we have our own home rented through them and we have bought and sold our own home and a couple of family members houses. We could not be more happy with their service. Kylee is a fantastic PM and the sales team are honorable good people, I highly recommend this company if you want your house looked after well.
More than worst, all receptionist are liar.Called many times to speak with property manager but always received a response they are not in the office. One day I called again at reception and she said the manager is not available even the manager was standing next to her.Next day I called again and the receptionist said the manager is on call and then I started asking her some technical questions then she said the manager is in meeting.I don't know what is true or false. She couldn't stand on what she said to me on call.I took back all of my documents from a liar property agent as I don't want to waste my time and they may use my documents to create a bad credit history.Stay awayNot recommended.
Regarding renting, it depends which property manager you get. Jennifer is very helpful and has a super manner, she is very nice to deal with, recommend Jennifer. Regarding state of rental: if it is not up to scratch tenant must state it on moving in and check inventory list. Generally the onus is on the tenant to do maintenance checks and ensure inventory is correct and to request maintenance is done and to ensure property is reasonably clean upon exit.
