I am very unhappy with how they managed my rental property. The agent did no inspections from late 2017 to the end of the lease in late October 2018 even though there were reports of damage; even after I requested in writing that one be done, and even after the tenant stopped paying rent, nothing. I've been paying 180/month in fees to these people for several years, it's just not good enough. Now I am fixing thousands of dollars worth of damage and there is no bond to cover it because of the unpaid rent.
They sent my partner and I a message saying that we were approved for a rental property and when my partner called to confirm. we were told that it was a glitch in their system and we hadnt got the house.
I have had fantastic dealings with this company. Can't talk about them enough compared to others in Launceston. They are non-intrusive, professional and timely in their communications to me as a tenant.
