We have not rented a property for a very long time, however living on the east coast and our daughter and some of her friends attending college in Launceston, that has changed. We applied for a number of properties with a variety of agencies, however i can not recommend @home highly enough, Morgan & Olivia in particular. They listened to our requirement and needs, and although in the short term we had been unsuccessful they kept in touch until a wonderful alternative eventuated. Professional, courteous & efficient. Looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship for all parties.
At home are an extremely professional team. They work quickly and efficiently regarding any query or issue! Always providing fully to the needs their lease holders have in a timely and helpful manner. A wonderful service in all areas! Highly recommend!

Professional and friendly service - always one step ahead of the game in managing our family home while we were away for 2 years. Walked back into our home as if we had left yesterday in top condition. Would recommend to anyone.
Very friendly service and usually a good variety of properties.Although quite often a stuggle to consult the property manager, with other ones often doing it on their behalf. Plus poor efforts in communication resulting in rent issues.And not very efficient service resulting in a loss of bond due to the inability to inspect house/contact us within a reasonable time frame. Had considered escalating it to the ombudsmen. Will be avoiding these guys at all costs!
