They are very unprofessional. We guys specifically asked them about the property and booked our tickets from other city to Launceston to inspect property. They sent us 5 confirmations and emails about being on time and confirmation for the inspection. Just 10 to15 minutes before the inspection time, (we were already on our way to inspect the property) they text us inspection has been cancelled. That was so unprofessional. What a waste of time.
Have a friend that had her house renting through Harcouts, and the people left the house trashed. They damaged some new appliances she got at the time they moved in, and they were all dirty and in very bad condition. They also damaged the carpet and the walls. She got so upset, and Harcourts dismissed her complaints. Now they actually arranged some other rental for this family - good luck with that. So they really never checked the house (or didn't pay attention to it), and now dismiss that the house is a mess. I would not recomend. Maybe if you are a tenant, since obviously they don't care much what you do.
Staffs are very very rude. One agent was late for an inspection and she didnt apologise to the people who were waiting to view the property. Front desk staffs are arrogant. Agents rarely reply to the messages. Terrible agency. Poorly managed!
Honestly the worst real estate company ever. Lazy. Un organised and just plain rude. I would never recommend anyone to them ever.
Jeremy Wilkinson never returned calls or e-mails. We were buyer's interested in a few properties. We ended up using another agency who were fantastic. I would never deal with this agency or Jeremy Wilkinson again.
