Tenants beware!! Especially if you are from interstate.Exercise caution when dealing with Debbie Heron, a property manager from this agency. She does dodgy practices and she will steal your rental-bond money if you are not familiar with the process of how rental-bond in Tasmania is returned to you. She will ask you to sign a blank bond claim form with a pretention of making the process easy for you.Never sign a blank bond claim form! After vacating a rental property the property manager has to send you, the tenant, a bond claim form along with receipts and explanations for all services that are being claimed against your bond. If you agree with the claim, you then sign the form and send it in to the Rental Deposit Authority. Being from intestate I was not familiar with the process and made a mistake of trusting Debbie Herons words. I hope I am the last person to ever get scammed by this agency .
