Good cars good price overall happy with the car hire. It's just come drop off time you cant just leave the car in there yard until one of there workers is there unless you pay $25 out of your service fee. Just sees abit silly to me. People on the ground are good on the phone maybe not as good. Will probably use again.
Pick up at launceston Airport was a breezed - called rentals on arrival and was picked up pretty quickly. Car was waiting for us at the rental site and just need a quick paper work to be on our way. We chose Apex because of the good reviews here and the price with no excess payment was way cheaper than the other car rentals. Drop off in Hobart was also quickly done and shuttled to the airport terminal quickly. Would recommend this Apex car rentals to family & friends.
Really surprised by all the positive reviews... we waited and hour for a shuttle pick-up to get our car.... we received no information on drop-off hours and the local office number rings out with no answering machine when calling to find out. Cheap rates, cheap service.
