Poor seevice
Had to wait a long time to get our car as the people before us wanted to spend 15 minutes understanding the car they were hiring. Next the car we got was dirty as they had not had time to clean it. In future I will organise Avis at the Grand Chancellor. Was even staying there so it would have been even easier. There is always a next time.
Easy and happy service
Monday morning with big queue and only Phil is on duty, he still give friendly, efficient and thorough services. Great job, Thanks Phil!!
They try to blame past damage on the next renter i will never use them again and tell everyone i know not to use them how do you people sleep at night
