Very nice room great view value for money
For me I have given our accomodation the wow factor. I love our room, it is spacious and very comfortable. The bed is perfect and the amenities, well you couldnt ask for more. A full kitchen, tucked away washer and dryer. Hotel service is very good. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Launceston and would most certainly come back.
A bit disappointed. It was a very loud hotel. Very busy road and neighbouring restaurants dumping glass bottles right belpw rooms all hours.Room service was consistently lacking, not changing the sheets, not leaving enough towels or soap.Had hoped for more as the website made it out to be very appealing and Peppers usually have high standards.But it lacked. Would suit a 3 star value
Lovely staff and a wonderful experience. Stayed there for one night, however evening return flight was cancelled and they happily arranged an additional night for me despite being very busy at the time. Excellent service, would definitely stay there again. :)
Attending a training opportunity at the Seaport Conference venue and it is outstanding!The facilities, the staff (Brendan and Peter, in particular) and OMG, the food!!!! It's superb and it's world class, right here in Launceston.So impressed!
