Nice and elegant, love the boutique style
Stayed in the executive suite. Beautiful room with high ceilings and a bay window overlooking the valley. The check in process was easy despite getting there early at 11am. The breakfast was optimum and the lady was very welcoming with a kind smile and recommendations. Highly recommend staying here if you want somewhere with great hospitality and within 10min walking distance to Launceston Centre.
Lovely old historical building to stay and perfect location. The bed was comfortable and really lovely size rooms. Unfortunately the downside to this beautiful building is the noise. Can hear every door being slammed, showers running and if u happen to be on the lower level you can hear just about every footstep. I understand that it is an old building with floor boards and thin walls, but visitors need to be a bit more courteous/respectful to other guests also staying in the building. We had 3 nights and it got a bit much after the 2nd.
We were well looked after by friendly hosts and staff ..Lovely large heated clean room with spa comfortable bed very nice breakfast. Definitely recommended
I booked this hotel at last minute and I'm glad I did. The property is beautiful, located on a high position so the view from the breakfast room is great.Breakfast is included, cereal, fruit, coffee and also eggs, bacon, spinach, toast you can choose wherever u want or have the whole lot.Room is so big, very quiet and for some people some parts of the building might look old but for us it adds special character to this hotel.Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.We will stay there again for sure :)
