Comfortable room with basic amenities; good dining room for breakfast; opposite City Park (perfect for Festivale) and a few blocks from the city center.
Lovely service, very friendly. Close enough to walk to places for dinner etc. Breakfast was lovely& gluten free was no trouble.
Very popular little hotel. Very basic breakfast. Definitely nothing luxurious about this hotel but for $100pn it's good value. Room wasa little dusty. I know because I kept of sneezing as I am very sensitive todust mites.I will recommend it for 1 or 2 nights stay.
Very happy with our stay here, Renee welcomed us in a warm and friendly manner, and was happy with a early morning chat over our breakfast this morning. Room was clean and comfortable, quick internet on free WiFi. Make your own breakfast in the breakfast room was well catered, with various breads to toast, fruits, cereals, coffee, tea and juice. Handy location, short down hill walk to the city and city park (monkeys).
Good facilities, decent cooked breakfast. Good location. The room could do with a bit of a make over. The bathrooms are nice and clean and look modern. Love the shower head.
