Good location close to supermarket, city park and CBD. Staff were friendly and informative. WIFI wasn't good the whole time we were there which was very disappointing. Room was clean and fresh towels daily were a bonus.
We had a two bedroom unit for three. It was a good size, clean & fairly modern
Clean and spacious apartments. Wi-Fi wasn't available for most of the 48 hours we were there because of "issues". Website says full kitchen but this involves a portable stove top and convection microwave, not a proper oven or stove.
Room was very clean amenities including air conditioner nice balcony and very friendly staff. Also on site laundry and very close to Coles and Kmart so just across the road. Good location good access to WiFi would definitely stay here again.
Travelled with wife and elderly parents and stayed here for one night in early Dec 2018. We booked this at the front desk after we had to refuse to check into an Airbnb due to cleanliness issues - a cautionary tale for Airbnb users.This was a very pleasant surprise. We got a place which allowed us to park right at the door step, and walked into a large kitchen / living area. Rooms were clean with a large bed in one (doesn't have a door for privacy though) and two smaller beds in another. I suppose there may be alternative configurations but this worked fine for us. There are full kitchen facilities (stove, microwave and all the cooking equipment you need), safe walk-in showers. There was also a yard and BBQ area. There is wifi, a reception on duty for most hours. There is also a Coles / K-mart just across the road within walking distance.Great for travellers with elderly, young children. Very comfortable for couples, groups too.
